We take great care in how we see our projects through and always make sure our clients are on track on what is happening. Craft Scape have qualified Carpenters, Plumbers, Electricians, Welder and Builder Artisans. Our techniques are a combinations of different species of Natural Timbers – local & exotic, Composite materials, Blue Steel, Galvanized Steel, Aluminium, TSG Glass,  Polycarb materials & Stainless Steel. We provide 3D Rendering(on request), Shop drawings with Design, Electrical and Plumbing layouts for the main contractor to see their scope of work.

Pre-Planning Stage

Let us get involved in the pre-planning phase when you design your home with Architects. We can provide the dimensions, space needed of the project and scope of work. We already work close in hand with Architects, Interior Designers, Quantity Surveyors, Contractors and Project Management.

Design

We Design our installations closely within the clients desire and bring the whole idea to life with practicality and aesthetic finishes with a modern design outlook and what is trendy. We provide 3D Rendering on request & Shop drawings of the lay-out designs.

Supply

We supply all the materials needed for the scope of work we provide so that there is no wastage of access materials which ultimately costs the client more if proper procurement are not placed. We ensure quality products with warranties only for peace of mind.

Manufacturing

Manufacturing is a big part of who we are in terms of craftsmanship and only believe in the best outcome of production to satisfied our clients needs. Most of our manufacturing happens on site unless predefined to be fabricated in our workshop.

Installations

All our installations are done from the raw materials we supply to your project. There is no third party involved unless it is very specialized and we do not have the machinery for it. We offer a 12 month warranty on our workmanship and depending on the products back up warranties we receive.

Project Management

We manage the projects ourselves to undertake full responsibility in our products and services. We do offer Project Management services of the whole project if we are involve from the pre-plan phase.

Question & Answer

Do you provide warranties for your work?

Yes indeed we provide a 12 month warranty on our workmanship as we know it is important for the client to have peace of mind. Our products are backed up with the quality suppliers we deal with and expect nothing less.Our products ranges from 5 years to 15 years of quality assurance.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, it is a binding contract between two parties. Once the client is satisfied with the design understanding what it entails and what they can expect from us. We charge a initial 60% deposit before commence of work, a 30% interim fee once materials are deliver on site and the remaining 10% to be paid on completion of work done.

How long does the installations take?

We have a mathematical system to determine the scope of work to established the time frames to be raised and be eligible to provide time expectancy and completions dates. The main factor lies in the complexity of the work required.

Do you provide design ideas for a project?

Yes we most certainly do provide design ideas and it is a very helpful attribute including saving time/money when the project has a tight budget/time frame to work on. We have Architects/QS that plan and scope our work into their designs from the start for easier Project Management avoiding last minute running around.

Combinations of Steel & TSG Glass Louvre’s forming a beautiful private screen which is practical and allows a person to view through with the angles we created. This idea was passed on to numerous contractors and we finally got the go-ahead to proceed

Atholl Oaklands

Composite Decking, with Composite Balustrades & TSG Glass. Balcony was manufactured from Blue Steel with a cantilever concept. Deck was done with a Galvanized Steel sub structure for durability. Here the deck is being washed down for a fresh new look.

Planet Fitness Sandton

The installation was done for the Male & Female Sauna with a combination of Traditional Sauna with lava rocks & Infra Red. Their clients can have the health benefits on both sides of the spectrum. The interior was done in Nordic Spruce and Basswood bench with a heat guard around the heater

Santa Monica

The Steam room was supplied with a 12 kw steam generator from the plant room. The installation consist of an insulation for the prevention of heat escaping. The bench, back rest and floor area was done in a light blend mosaic. Brass chrome hinges & TSG Glass to round it off stunningly.

This was an old house the owner was busy revamping. The installation consist of Composite Decking, Galvanized Steel Sub with Frame-less TSG Glass Balustrades sunken into the deck with Mushroom lights incorporated.

Korean Embassy

The Pergola infrastructure was implemented with Blue Steel cladded with Composite Fascia boards, floating into the back wall and a cutter for water drainage. The side of the Pergola have a unique Cladding added to the concept.
